This client signed up with us after recently purchasing the property and looking to achieve a large open plan kitchen dining area with a new utility area, relocation of the first floor bathroom, a larger master bedroom with dressing area and ensuite.
We submitted this to the local authority for planning and the approvals were gained 9 weeks later, the project was then moved onto the technical drawing stage and has since been submitted to Building Control and our plans have been signed off by building control with the supporting Structural Calculations also sent to building control.
This project is now near the completion of being fully built and we expect to get an update on this shortly
