This project consists of a single-storey wraparound extension designed to create a spacious kitchen and dining area with bi-folding doors opening onto the garden. Due to the client’s extended family requirements, an additional secondary “cooks’ kitchen” has also been incorporated into the design.
The scheme includes a new living area, partially formed through the conversion of the existing garage. A wet room is positioned off this space to accommodate elderly parents, ensuring accessibility and convenience.
The planning application was prepared and submitted by our team and was approved within 8 weeks. The client is currently obtaining build quotations and intends to submit the project to Building Control shortly.
