This project is a first floor rear extension to allow for internal reconfiguration and additional floor space for an ensuite to the master bedroom, the project is now with the local authority for planning submitted by ourselves, we hope to receive a decision in 8 weeks, once this has all been approved we will begin working on our technical drawings for the client showing sections of the building, floor detailing, roof details and a written specification.
