This project comprises a double-storey extension to the rear of the property. The ground floor will provide a new open-plan kitchen and dining area, along with a study. At first-floor level, the existing bedroom will be relocated to allow for an extension of the landing, creating access to a new bedroom positioned within the extended part of the building.
Planning permission was prepared and submitted by our team and was successfully approved following a 10-week determination period. The project has since been submitted for Building Control approval, which has also now been granted.
The client is currently in the process of obtaining build quotations.
