This project involves a double-storey side extension to create an additional ground floor living area, enlarge an existing bedroom, and add a new bedroom on the first floor.
The initial draft designs were produced one week after the survey was completed. Following this, an online meeting was held with the client to review the proposals and discuss any required amendments.
The plans have now been finalised, agreed with the client, and submitted to the local authority for planning approval. We are currently awaiting the council’s decision.
