Do I need planning permission for a home extension?

Planning Permission isn’t always needed for home extension project. For example, if you are extending 3 meters on a semi-detached house, this wouldn’t require planning.

This depends entirely on the scope of the project, including size and difficulty of plans, how long it takes to be granted planning permission and other factors.
