The project commenced with an initial site consultation, during which we met with the client to discuss their objectives. They explained that they were looking to create a larger kitchen and dining area to better suit their needs.
Following this meeting, we prepared and submitted the proposal for planning permission, which was subsequently approved. We have since completed the technical drawings, and the project is now ready to proceed to the Building Control stage. We will be submitting the application and managing the process on the client’s behalf to ensure a smooth progression to construction.
